Heating equipments suited for all industrial environments with great height (form 4 to 20 meters) or with high thermal dispersion.
It includes a burner unit and a heat exchanger tube which reaches the temperature of 400 ÷ 550 °C, providing very high radiation efficiency, also by means of the reflecting cover located over the tubes, which focuses the thermal flow downwards.
By means of a centralized equipment control system it is possible to heat only the areas concerned by operations.
Panrad may be connected in a line and connected with a condensation unit. The consensation unit recovers nearly all of the latent heat coming from the vapor produced in the combustion of gaseous fuels, and in particular of natural gases. In this way our installation may reach the efficiency up to 107%.

To minimize the visual impact of SUNRAD emitters, hiding hooks can be installed to cover the emitters when they are switched off. Emitters has no photochemical effect and it goes downwards heating floor, walls and people passing through the air. They may be installed in historical building without intervention in the building structure, only gas and electrical connections are required.

Radiant process heaters for industrial heating and drying applications.
The IGRAF burner is of atmospheric mixing make-up air type, while the heat exchanger is of direct radiation type. Our design and production principles are based on a consolidated know-how. It consists in a gas heater system consisting of a gas combustion unit, a custom-made exchanger circuit and a powerful aspiration fan.
Several problems affecting IGRAF exchangers and burners manufacturing process were solved and led to the production of highly flexible and modular components, able to meet any need of the process heating.
Our Igraf oven may be used in an enourmous field of applications such as pastorisation unit, painting equipment, drying unit, food baking and many others that we have not yet invented. Girad (e-Gaz site)
The installation of the Radiant Modules consists of a patented heat generator, a single or double-pipe radiant circuit and a thermoregulation digital device.
The radiant circuit is a closed ring having go and return tubes working in vacuum condition. The gas produces a carrying fluid (a mixture of air and burned gases) which circulates at high speed inside the tubes of the radiant circuit. The tubes reach a superficial temperature from 100°C to 300°C (according to the requirements) producing the radiant energy necessary to provide the required environmental comfort.
The pipes are in aluminized steel, treated with special silicone paint and insulated with fiberglass panels on three sides. The radiant circuits are pre-assembled and tested in our factory; their installation on site turns out to be very easy also thanks to their flanged joints.
The Girad can be upgrated with the condensing unit. The unit recovers nearly all of the latent heat coming from the vapor produced in the combustion of gaseous fuels, and in particular of natural gases. Thus, Girad's condensing unit achieves total efficiency averaging over 107%.

Waterstrip (e-Gaz site)
WATERSTRIP radiant panels are suitable for heating large industrial and civil buildings by radiation. They are the best solution where low-noise operation, no air flow, and no dust circulation are required.
The lack of air movement and the reduced heat stratification keeps operating costs particularly reasonable.
WATERSTRIPs are suitable to heat rooms housing inflammable mixtures without any problem making them the safest way to heat spaces with high dangerous of fire.
The waterstrips use zinc platedsteel tubes with diameter of 22 mm; waterstrips are self supporting and easy to install. The waterstrip may work with hot water or steam at pressure of 10 bar and temperature up to 110° C.
Our waterstrips may work with all kind of heating source like condansation boiler, district heating or any other source of hot water.
The best way to apply the waterstrips is our steam generator Vaporad.
As the vector fluid is steam at 110°C, the VAPORAD panels allow to save about 30% of the total radiant surface to be installed in comparison to panels with hot water.
The steam panels create a greater heat output compared to the hot water ones and guarantee a larger amount of diffused heat per radiant surface.
The system consists of a steam production boiler and a vacuum control device that discharges the exceeding air from the circuit.
The water circuit is closed and vacuum sealed; this condition enables the natural circulation of steam inside the circuit itself, without using pumps as in water systems.
The surface of the panels reach the temperature of 105°C.
